Takashi Saito is the President of 315 Production.

Known for his catchphrase "PASSION!" he scouts idols by their passion and will not give up once he set his eyes on his target. As seen in Episode of Jupiter, he is an acquaintance of Reporter Mitsuaki Yoshizawa, a recurring character in iDOLM@STER series.

- The name Takashi means "filial piety, obedience" (孝) (taka) and "officer, boss" (司) (shi).
- Takashi's surname Saito means "religious purification/purification, Buddhist food, room, worship, avoid, alike" (斎) (sai) and "wisteria" (藤) (to).
